Signing in with a work account needs an app registration in your Microsoft Entra tenant. Nothing is configured yet, so this screen lists what is missing and how to add it. A local account still works from the sign-in page if you need to get in right now.

This screen is reachable without signing in, so it only ever shows what the setup guide already publishes. It never displays a client secret, tenant ID or client ID, and testing the connection makes no request to Microsoft.
